What is MyGearGlobal?

Do you deliver products internationally?

Yes! MyGearGlobal ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll then prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent any delivery issues.

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email... What's going on?

Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site.

What are your shipping times?

We ship your products right away. After we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking information.

Shipping Time Estimates (US): 14-28 Days
Shipping Time Estimates (INTL): 14-42 Days (though some country's postal systems can take longer to process and deliver)

Please note that custom inspections can delay shipping times. Our shipping typically takes 2-6 weeks depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

How secure is my personal information?

Every part of MyGearGlobal meets all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards; meaning MyGearGlobal adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Additionally, every page of MyGearGlobal uses SSL encryption technology to protect our shoppers. You can verify this by looking up at your browser address bar and seeing "https://" in front of our web address and the padlock icon as well. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure while browsing and shopping our store and that nothing gets out.

I never received my order, what's going on?

When you place your order, you immediately receive a detailed order confirmation and we process your order the next day. We ship your items right away and as soon as our system updates with your tracking information, we send you a shipping confirmation email. You may track your package from there. It is customer’s responsibility to track their orders.

Please contact your postal service (listed in your tracking information) if you have a problem with delivery. While we do everything we can to ensure your package arrives to you, we are not responsible for delivery problems or delays. 

If you provided a different shipping address than your permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

Customs, Postal Services & MyGearGlobal are different entities; hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local postal services.

I'd like to change, cancel, or edit my order. Can you help me?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or edit an order. We process all orders the next day for shipping, and after that happens, we are unable to make any changes.

We are also unable to add any items to an existing order. If you would like an additional item(s), you must create a new order for that item(s).

Refund Policy

We do accept returns, but please note that there are NO returns or refunds on free + shipping promotional items.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also need to able to verify your purchase. You can find this information on the order confirmation email we sent you at the time of your purchase. We can not refund or return any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we'll be sure to take care of it for you.

Shipping
Before you return your product, you should first contact us so we know to expect your package and can process things faster for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
